MARIO : A real insertion opportunity

Description:
The MARIO project is articulated around two essential phases: the training or the development of artistic competences and the access to employment.
Phase I: Training of the artist
*A this stage, the artist receives an artistic formation of technique to develop specific competences being able to lead to a community activity.
- Painting, design
- Sculpture
- Theater
- Writing
- New technologies…
*The handicapped artist will have a tutor to assist it in the process of insertion.
*The main actors of the implementation of the project in this phase is:
- An institution of reception or a training center
- A facilitator to manage the relation mentor and artist
- A tutor/mentor (professional artist)
Phase II: socio-professional insertion
*This stage is centered on the development of a professional profile making it possible to define a community project for the artist handicapped via Internet:
- Employment in a company or a service provider
- Sale of artistic works as independent
- Beginning of a new formation process to specialize or develop additional competences
- Trainer himself on line
*The partners of this process is then:
- The responsible human resources of the companies
- The actors of employment
- The crenels of sale of works of art (VPC, galleries, on line…)
- The virtual gallery of project MARIOSFRIENDS

Le projet MARIO s'articule autour de deux phases essentielles : l'apprentissage ou le développement de compétences artistiques et l'accès à l'emploi.
Phase I : Formation de l'artiste
*A cette étape, l’artiste reçoit une formation de technique artistique pour développer des compétences spécifiques pouvant aboutir à une activité professionnelle.

Phase II : insertion socio-professionnelle
*Cette étape est centrée sur l’élaboration d’un profil professionnel permettant de définir un projet professionnel pour l’artiste handicapé via internet :
-Emploi dans une entreprise ou un prestataire de services
-Vente d’oeuvres artistiques en tant qu’indépendant
-Début d’un nouveau processus de formation pour se spécialiser ou développer des compétences supplémentaires
-Formateur lui-même en ligne
*Les partenaires de ce processus sont alors :
-Les responsables ressources humaines des entreprises
-Les acteurs de l’emploi
-Les créneaux de vente d’oeuvres d’art (VPC, galeries, en ligne…)
-La galerie virtuelle du projet MARIOSFRIENDS
