The concept of project AccèsCités has to allow a vocal guide real-time "step by step" of a person according to its profile of handicap, its place of departure and destination.
The using person the guide, avoids the obstacles which can oppose to his progress.
The main functions :
- to accompany "step by step" and real time the persons handicaped in their movements
- to assist and accompany the pedestrian sur his route, at his convenience
- to direct according to his requests for destination
- to advise on the resources of mobility (way pedestrians, public transport)
- to allow to leave the insulation and the dependence of one accompanying during displacement.
AccesCities is a prototype of personal assistant specialized in the accompaniment.
. The service calculates the ideal trajectory and dictates the route to be followed to join the Quoted Course nearest.
The Courses Quoted ® are a set of routes adapted to the specific locomotion of the blind men and their capacities of mobility in autonomy.
They are used also the people for reduced mobility.
The Courses Quoted ® are equipped with means of Spatio Guidage avoiding by skirtings the obstacles of routes.
These same TIC means are useful for the localization of services, (stops/stations of public transport, administrations, recreational centres and trade, health care center…) as with the access to the destinations which mark out the Quoted Courses. A such plan of pedestrian displacement the Courses Quoted ® are a set of ways returning in the logic of the label “adapted Tourism”. They ensure the service road of the destinations of first need for the tourists and the residents.
Today AccésCités has to develop tools TIC associated with a software with movement treating with the scenarios with accompaniment with indoor displacements - outdoor, of a person followed in real time for;
- To validate a method back from use concerning the accessibility of routes
- Improvement mobility in autonomy of the people during their displacements,
- To contribute by this method to improve the access to the various places accessible to all by characterizing the geolocalisation of installations useful for various the forms of access.
Besides this method we developed one limps with tools which allows us:
- To recover testimonies of the people who will validate the course “testimonies “audio, video, text the geolocalized whole” deposited in a SIG which has the role to be used as tools numerical for mediations between the parts concerned - service with public and the actors of mobility -
We also produced a collaboratif and participative tool which will allow the governorships of the cities and transport to treat, manage and manage testimonies harvests on Courses Quoted by:
- géo-localized video in real time
- géo-localized text messages in real time - photographs géo-localized in real time
- géo-localized sms in real time
These actions are federated by the participation of a collective of experts (fragile and handicapped people + governorship) who work together with the recipients of displacement and urban mobility -
They have an Internet 2.0 animated on a geographical information system - SIG - dedicated for this purpose.
We wish to apply on a site controls this step in order to write the specifications of services of spatio guidance of mobility with destinations of public most vulnerable but also for the unit of the pedestrians who traverse the city.

Le concept de projet AccèsCités doit permettre un guidage vocal "pas à pas" en temps réel d’une personne en fonction de son profil de handicap, de son lieu de départ et de sa destination.
La personne utilisant le guide, évite les obstacles pouvant s’opposer à sa progression.
Les fonctions principales :
— accompagner " pas à pas " et en temps réel les personnes handicapées dans leurs déplacements
— assister et accompagner le piéton sur son itinéraire, à sa convenance
— l'orienter selon ses demandes de destination
— le conseiller sur les ressources de mobilité (voie piétonnes, transports en commun)
— permettre de sortir de l'isolement et de la dépendance d’un accompagnant pendant le déplacement.
AccèsCités est un prototype d'assistant personnel spécialisé dans l’accompagnement.
. Le service calcule la trajectoire idéale et dicte l’itinéraire à suivre pour rejoindre le Parcours Cité le plus proche.
Les Parcours Cité ® sont un ensemble d’itinéraires adaptés à la locomotion spécifique des aveugles et à leurs capacités de mobilité en autonomie.
Ils servent également les personnes à mobilité réduite.
Les Parcours Cité ® sont dotés de moyens de Spatio Guidage évitant par contournements les obstacles de cheminements. Ces mêmes moyens TIC sont utiles à la localisation de services, (arrêts/stations de transports collectifs, d'administrations, de centres de loisirs et de commerces, de centre de soins …) comme à l'accès aux destinations qui jalonnent les Parcours Cité. Tel un plan de déplacement piéton les Parcours Cité ® sont un ensemble de trajets rentrant dans la logique du label " Tourisme adapté ". Ils assurent la desserte des destinations de première nécessité des touristes et des résidents.
Aujourd'hui AccésCités a développé des outils TIC associés à un logiciel de mouvement traitant des scénarios d'accompagnement des déplacements indoor - outdoor,d'une personne suivie en temps réel pour ;
— Valider une méthode de retour d'usage concernant l'accessibilité d'itinéraires
— Améliorer la mobilité en autonomie des personnes pendant leurs déplacements,
— Contribuer par cette méthode à améliorer l'accès aux différents lieux accessibles à tous en caractérisant la géolocalisation des aménagements utiles aux divers formes d'accès.
En plus de cette méthode nous avons développé une boite à outils qui nous permet de :
— Récupérer les témoignages des personnes qui valideront le parcours "témoignages "audio , vidéo, texte le tout géolocalisé" déposé dans un SIG qui a pour vocation de servir d'outils numérique de médiations entre les parties concernées - les service aux publics et les acteurs de la mobilité -
Nous avons également réalisé un outil collaboratif et participatif qui permettra aux gouvernances des villes et des transports de traiter, gérer et administrer les témoignages récoltes sur des Parcours Cité par :
- la vidéo géo-localisée en temps réel
- les messages vocaux géo-localisés en temps réel
- les photos géo-localisée en temps réel
- les sms géo-localisés en temps réel
Ces actions sont fédérées par la participation d'un collectif d'experts ( personnes fragiles et handicapées + gouvernance ) qui travaillent ensemble avec les parties prenantes du déplacement et de la mobilité urbaine -
Ils disposent d'un internet 2.0 animé sur un système d'information géographique - SIG - dédié à cet effet.
Nous souhaitons mettre en application sur un site pilote cette démarche afin de rédiger le cahier des charges de services de spatio guidage en mobilité à destinations des publics les plus vulnérables mais aussi pour l'ensemble des piétons qui parcourent la ville .
